Pilates Teacher Training
Unleash your passion for movement and empower others with the transformative power of Pilates in this 280-hour Pilates teacher training.
Our comprehensive teacher training program equips you with the in-depth knowledge and practical skills to confidently guide individuals on their journey to better health.
This course covers and involves:
- Mat, Reformer, Chair, kettlebell, and props training
- Anatomy, cueing, and class planning
- 12 in-person modules on Saturdays, 6 hours each, with a 1-hour break
- 50 observation hours
- 100 self-practice hours
- 70 practice teaching hours
- A final test class after completion of modules
