Athletic Pilates

Our 50-minute Athletic Pilates classes utilize the Reformer machine and Pilates Chair to provide a full-body Pilates workout. Through extensive core work, these classes build strength and challenge speed, balance, and coordination. 

This class is best for those without current injuries and familiar with the Reformer; however, all levels will be able to modify or progress the movements.


Elements

Discover the essence of Pilates in our 50-minute foundational class. Guided by expert instructors, this class is perfect for beginners and those looking to refine their technique. 

The focus is on core strength, alignment, and controlled movements, helping to build a solid Pilates foundation and set the stage for a balanced body and improved flexibility.


Jumpboard

Elevate your Pilates routine with this 50-minute exhilarating Jumpboard class. This high-energy session, incorporating a specially designed Jumpboard attachment, adds a dynamic twist to traditional Pilates. 

It’s a low-impact, high-intensity workout that targets muscles from head to toe while providing an invigorating cardiovascular element. This class combines the benefits of strength training, core engagement, and aerobic conditioning.


Pilates Express

This 30-minute, high-intensity, low-impact workout combines Pilates Reformer, Pilates Chair, kettlebells, Pilates Jumpboard, and HIIT challenges to get big results in little time. Elevate your fitness game, build strength, torch calories, and improve flexibility with expert guidance. Get in, get fit, and get on with your day!


Pilates Circuit

Our 50-minute Pilates circuit class is a challenging and effective workout that combines the benefits of Pilates with the intensity of circuit training. In this class, you will move from station to station, performing various Pilates exercises that target all major muscle groups. 

Pilates circuit class is a great way to improve your strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance.


Advanced Reformer

Take your practice to the next level with this 50-minute advanced class that requires instructor approval! To benefit from this class, you must already have a solid foundation in Reformer and have excellent control, balance, and strength to reap the rewards. 


You can expect:

  • Dynamic, multi-planar movements that push your boundaries and refine your control
  • Intensified spring tensions and advanced variations that stimulate your muscles and leave you feeling empowered
  • Innovative combinations and transitions that challenge your coordination, balance, and spatial awareness 

 

Pilates Stretch

Join our 40-minute Pilates Stretch class for targeted mobility, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation. Flow through gentle stretches for all major muscle groups, leaving you feeling limber, refreshed, and ready to conquer your day. All levels are welcome!

One-On-Ones & Pilates Teacher Training

Personalized Pilates Session

We offer 50-minute transformative, one-on-one private Pilates sessions with our certified instructor. These classes suit beginners, individuals recovering from injuries, and those focusing on specific movements. 

Your personalized experience begins with a thorough movement evaluation to identify your strengths and weaknesses. With tailored exercises, precise guidance, and customized modifications, you'll increase strength, flexibility, and range of motion while working with your body's unique needs and abilities. Pilates Teacher Training

Unleash your passion for movement and empower others with the transformative power of Pilates in this 280-hour Pilates teacher training. 

Our comprehensive teacher training program equips you with the in-depth knowledge and practical skills to confidently guide individuals on their journey to better health. 


This course covers and involves:

  • Mat, Reformer, Chair, kettlebell, and props training
  • Anatomy, cueing, and class planning
  • 12 in-person modules on Saturdays, 6 hours each, with a 1-hour break 
  • 50 observation hours
  • 100 self-practice hours 
  • 70 practice teaching hours 
  • A final test class after completion of modules
