We focus on quality movements that are based on the pilates principles and traditional movements, but with an athletic/fitness based emphasis. You will leave our classes feeling lengthened, stronger, maybe a bit sweaty and excited that you accomplished a challenge.
We provide classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced. Different pieces of equipment and weights can be used to level up the class and provide a challenge.
