Our massage therapist has been trained in many different types of massage to make sure you get what is best for you.
Swedish massage – This is a gentle type of massage. It typically uses long, fluid strokes, with differing amounts of pressure to help you feel energized and relaxed.
Deep massage – A more intense, slow, methodic massage to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It’s commonly used to help with muscle damage and soreness.
Sports massage – Similar to a Swedish massage, but targeted toward sports injuries and pain.
Hot Stone – Used to help you relax and ease tense muscles with the aid of hot stones.
