Our chiropractic care combines spinal adjustments, extremity adjustments, deep tissue massage, sports massage, dietitian-led nutrition counseling, and Pilates to provide tailored care for active individuals.
We start with a thorough exam to identify any muscle imbalances, weaknesses, or limitations that may be affecting your performance or leading to pain. We then develop a treatment plan that combines the most effective therapies to help you achieve your goals and stay healthy.
Our goal is to help you improve your performance, reduce your risk of injury, and recover from injuries faster. We also teach you exercises and stretches that you can do at home to maintain your health and fitness.
Chiropractic Adjustment – Through both spinal and extremity adjustments, we can make sure all joints are functioning correctly.
Movement Screening – We look to see how you are moving. Are there limitations in your movement patterns that are not allowing you to see the progress that you are wanting?
Muscle Testing – Muscle testing is a method of testing each of the muscles to determine their strength. We are able to find areas of weakness and work to correct those areas that may be leading to compensation in the body.
Fascial Distortion Model (FDM) – FDM looks at the fascia of the body and how it has distorted. By using a specific soft tissue treatment, we are able to correct the dysfunction and reduce the client’s pain.
Rehab Exercises – Exercises with a specific goal in mind, to help you overcome your pain/injury, and get you back to peak function.
Percussion Sports Therapy – Uses a percussion massage gun and movement. This combination relieves sore muscles and triggers the nerves, to allow the muscles to relax and function correctly.
